A current Oklahoma or Cherokee Nation fishing license is required. Fishing is allowed from dawn to dusk, and all State of Oklahoma laws and Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation regulations must be followed in addition to the following: No swimming in the pond. No boating on the pond. No wading in the pond. No grilling or fires around the pond, if the State of Oklahoma or local authorities have issued a burn ban.
