The Delaware Tribe of Indians will receive proposals for Design Services for the Child Development Center in Chelsea, Oklahoma. Bid packets can be obtained from the Construction Owner’s Representative. Please contact Matt Littleton via email matt@cardinalbuildingsolutions.com. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 6205 S HWY 28, Chelsea Oklahoma on September 12th at 10:00 AM. Bids must be received before 11:00 AM on 09/26/2024 per the bid packet information. The Delaware Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
