Problems with Newspaper Labels
I wanted to take a moment to explain what happened with the newspaper labels. The DIN is put together in-house and sent to the publisher, who prints the address labels and paper and mails the papers. When the previous issue’s names were skewed, we thought the spreadsheet that we sent the publisher was wrong. Not so. This error occurred at the publisher.
In order to prevent the error from happening this time, the address list was checked prior to sending. We also called the publisher to crosscheck several names to be sure of correct addresses. Yet, when they printed this time, they were wrong again.
We are currently seeking a new publisher. If you have a friend or relative or know of a business that might work for us, please put them in contact with the office asap.
