Join us on a fun and educational trip to the Tulsa Recycle & Transfer Center on March 20, 2024! This trip is open to ages 6+, and participants must be able to walk up a single flight of stairs. Transportation will be provided at 9:30 A.M. at the Tribal Headquarters the day of the trip. There are only 20 spots available, so contact Environmental Program Director Tristen Tucker by email at ttucker@delawaretribe.org or by phone at (918) 332-6260 to reserve your place.

The Tribal Council is currently seeking a Powwow groundskeeper who will be responsible for providing maintenance and maintenance related services to the property, including the house itself, the pow-wow grounds, and the buildings/structures on the surrounding land, including (but not limited to) the following services: landscaping, security, basic tree trimming, mowing, and general caretaking of the house.

Applications will be accepted until end of day March 1st.

Please help the Delaware Tribe to better understand the needs of tribal citizen regarding food security and sovereignty by taking our Community Assessment.

The link below can be accessed via computer, tablet, or phone. Paper copies are also available at the Food Pantry and front desk. It is completely anonymous and confidential. Data collected from this assessment will help us determine the community’s needs surrounding food and food sovereignty. This assessment is for all tribal adults aged 18 or over, with a limit of one assessment per adult. All members may participate regardless of where you reside. Wanishi for your time and input!

The Delaware Tribe of Indians is closing today, January 22, in anticipation of inclement weather conditions. Normal hours will resume Tuesday, January 23.

Due to inclement weather, today (January 9th 2024) Title VI will be providing take-home meals only. We advise elders to only leave their homes if absolutely necessary.

The Delaware Tribe of Indians Tribal Complex will be closed Monday January 15, 2024 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The Delaware Tribe of Indians Food Pantry will be open from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Friday December 22 and will resume regular business hours on Wednesday December 27.

The Delaware Tribe of Indians Tribal Offices will be closing at 12:00 P.M. on December 22, 2023 and will remain closed until 8:00 A.M. on December 27. Happy Holidays from all of us at the Delaware Tribe of Indians!
