Internship Opportunities Available

Two new internships are available from the National Forest Service. Please see the listings below for more information.

  • This six-month resource assistant (RA) position closes on November 17th. The fellowship involves working with the Forest Service National Heritage Team to develop internal and external communications about the Heritage program and associated cultural resources laws, policies, and programs. The work is remote, and currently the Washington Office is not allowing RAs to travel, but we hope to offer an opportunity for a short-term field assignment when policies change. Successful completion of an RA fellowship provides direct hire eligibility for jobs in the Forest Service and other land managing agencies for two years after completion. Please share with potential candidates who might benefit from this opportunity. Please see the announcement here http://www.manoproject.org/internships?gnk=job&gni=8a78839f75e27c3b017619e013676460
