Housing Program of the Delaware Tribe
The Delaware Tribe Housing Program offers low rent family housing in the Chelsea, Claremore and Bartlesville areas. Elder duplexes are available for self-sufficient tribal elders. Emergency After-Hours Contact Information
For The Cottages on Barbara St. in Bartlesville, OK, contact Justin Reith (918) 914-3105 to report tenant maintenance emergencies after-hours and on weekends . They will determine the course of action needed.
For Bartlesville area after-hour emergencies, contact Jaime Hutto at (918) 337-2879 to report any non-emergency problem or maintenance work order requests.
For Chelsea area after-hour emergencies, contact Chris French at (918) 914-3031 to report any non-emergency problem or maintenance work order requests.

You may download the Housing application below. Complete the application entirely. Do not skip any segments of the application. Provide all required documents listed on the front page. Do not mail incomplete applications. Incomplete applications will be denied!

Offices
The Delaware Tribe Housing Program (DTHP) is located in the Community Center at 5100 Tuxedo Boulevard. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The office is closed during the lunch hour. Applications, questions and payments are handled in the Housing Office. Outside the door is a drop box for tenants to drop off their monthly payments. DTHP is here to serve the housing needs of our Delaware tenants and other enrolled members of federally recognized tribes. The Bartlesville housing office number is (918) 337-6572.
The Chelsea location is a Maintenance Office. No applications, questions regarding housing or payments are accepted at that location. Payments are accepted in Chelsea at the Lakeside State Bank with the appropriate account information.
