Public Comments Open on Delaware Tribe Annual Performance Report (APR)

The Delaware Tribe of Indians is announcing the preparation and completion of its Annual Performance Report (APR) for the period 10/1/18 through 9/30/19. The APR covers the activities conducted with Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) funds under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996, as amended. In accordance with the NAHASDA Statute Section 404, and the regulations at 24 CFR Part 1000, sections 512 through 521, the APR is being made publicly available prior to submission to HUD. A copy of the APR is available for review at the Delaware Tribal Office located at 5100 Tuxedo Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006. The telephone number is 918-337-6572.

Public comments may be made via telephone, in person, or in writing. All comments should be submitted to the Delaware Tribe Housing Program by December 23, 2019.
