DMFS office support

Receive, process, monitor and schedule work orders. Invoice processing, billing.

Additional duties as appropriate.

Must be proficient on Microsoft Access database, Excel and Word, general bookkeeping knowledge preferred. Must have excellent customer service and be able to communicate with a variety of people. Preference given to candidate with the ability to speak Spanish.

Ability to work alone, self starter is a must. Prior experience with facilities management preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
